The total market cap of all cryptocurrencies rose 1.3% on the day. Adding roughly $12 billion in

market cap value.

Bitcoin continues its dominance over the crypto markets. Bitcoin maintains a 42.6% market dominance over all other crypto assets. Up 0.4% from yesterday.

Ethereum is in second with 15.3% market dominance. Followed by Tether in third at 7.2%.

DeFi tokens are up -

The DeFi total market cap is up 1.6% on the day. The total DeFi market cap is now $49.26

billion. DeFi token trading volume is up 17% from yesterday.

NFT prices stayed basically even -

The NFT total market cap is up 0.2%.

The total NFT market cap is now $18.33 billion.

NFT trading volume is up 31% from yesterday.

Out of the Top 100 cryptocurrencies by market cap.

Convex Finance ($CVX) won the day. The DeFi token rose 34.8% to a trading price of $5.94.

On the flip side, TerraClassicUSD ($USTC) lost the day. The algorithmic stable coin sank 9.8% to a trading price of $0.058.

The crypto Fear and Greed index, which analyzes emotions and sentiments from different

sources and crunches them into one simple number, is currently at 19, expressing “Extreme Fear” in the markets.
